2) How LetsNI.com works

The site has been designed from a totally interactive and user friendly perspective.

The tenant facility enables a search by location, price, number of bedrooms or type of property and requires no registration by tenants although tenants can register their details and set up a “Homes by e-mail” account whereby any new properties matching their requirements that are uploaded to the site can be e-mailed to them.

We provide landlords and agents with a cost effective, efficient and fully interactive online way to market rental properties to a highly targeted audience. Not only that but our database matches and sends their property details to interested parties who have already registered their requirements via our “homes by e-mail” facility.

3) Viewing a property

The simple tenant search facility enables you to shortlist suitable properties from our database. On each property you will find a detailed property description, maps and in some instances a photograph. This service is free, requires no registration and you can contact the agent or landlord direct by telephone or e-mail to express an interest or arrange a viewing.

4) Advertising a property

Landlords can advertise a property simply by registering and adding their property details along with photographs if available. Each landlord or agent is assigned their own interactive marketing suite which they can log into at any time to upload, edit or remove property details. A landlord or agent can upload an unlimited number of properties to their marketing suite which are then stored and can be made active or inactive at any time by the landlord or agent. This means that a property need only be added once to the marketing suite and will be stored so that it can be used time and time again as and when the property becomes vacant.
